My research integrates insights from psychology into strategy and organization theory by explicitly focusing on the role of individuals and their interaction patterns. I examine how these interaction patterns influence key innovation processes within organizations, including search, adaptation, problem-solving, and knowledge transfer. The resulting research program leverages theory-driven applications of multiple methodologies, encompassing behavioral experiments, big data analytics, and field research.
